PCOS Ai is a period and cycle tracker built for cycles that do not run to a 28-day template. This page explains who is behind the writing on this site and the rules it is held to.
I am Alice, the founder of PCOS Ai. I built the app because the trackers I tried kept telling me I was “late” against a cycle length that was never mine, and because most of what I read about PCOS was either a symptom list or a supplement pitch.
I am not a doctor, a dietitian or any kind of clinician. Nothing on this site is written from clinical experience, and none of it is medical advice. What I can do is read the primary sources carefully, say plainly what they found, and be equally plain about what they did not.
These articles are not medically reviewed. No clinician has checked them, and I would rather say that than imply an authority the site has not earned. They are a careful lay reading of published evidence, written to help you ask better questions of a doctor — never to replace one.
If you are making a decision about medication, supplements, testing or pregnancy, take it to a clinician who knows your history.
If something here is wrong, I want to fix it. Guidelines change, and I would rather update a post than defend it. Corrections and questions: [email protected].
PCOS Ai learns your own cycle lengths instead of assuming 28 days, and keeps your health data on your phone. Everything you log stays on the device.
Get PCOS AiGeneral wellness information, not medical or dietetic advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or cures PCOS. Nutrition figures are per-serving estimates. Check with your doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic or managing a food allergy.
