Ingredients
1 cup almonds
8 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp almond butter
Pinch sea salt
30g dark chocolate (85%), melted
Method
Blitz the almonds in a food processor until they resemble coarse crumbs.
Add the dates, cocoa, flaxseed, almond butter and salt, and process until the mixture clumps together.
Roll into 12 balls and chill 30 minutes.
Drizzle with the melted dark chocolate and chill again until set.
