Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Method
Stir the oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, yogurt and almond milk together in a jar.
Fold through half the berries, then seal and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
In the morning, top with the remaining berries and the walnuts.
Loosen with a splash more milk if it is thicker than you like.
Tips & swaps
Make four jars at once on Sunday — they hold beautifully.
Use ground flaxseed, not whole: whole seeds pass straight through undigested.
Keeping it
Keeps 4 days covered in the fridge. Add nuts just before eating.
Track what it does for you
Whether a meal helps is personal. PCOS Ai logs what you eat alongside your symptoms and cycle, then shows which foods line up with how you actually feel — from your own data, not a generic list.
General wellness information, not medical or dietetic advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or cures PCOS. Nutrition figures are per-serving estimates. Check with your doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic or managing a food allergy.
