Ingredients
1 cup strong spearmint tea, chilled
1 large handful baby spinach
1 scoop unsweetened vanilla protein powder
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp almond butter
Ice, to taste
Method
Brew two spearmint tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes, then chill (do this the night before).
Add the cold tea, spinach and protein powder to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Add the banana, flaxseed, almond butter and ice, then blend again until creamy.
Pour into a tall glass and drink within 20 minutes, while the fibre is still suspended.

No protein powder? Use 1/2 cup silken tofu or 3 tbsp hemp seeds instead.
