  1. Mix the turkey, egg, oats, one crushed garlic clove, the parsley, salt and pepper, and roll into 16 balls.
  2. Brown them in 1 tbsp oil in a wide pan, turning, for about 6 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Soften the onion and remaining garlic in the pan, add the tomatoes and oregano, and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Return the meatballs, cover, and simmer gently 15 minutes until cooked through.
